IFS is a trauma-healing modality that aims to restore harmony to the overwhelming inner world. we'll cultivate Self and get to know protectors as we rebuild trust in the system. we'll bring compassionate witnessing to exiles and help parts shed their unhelpful roles and limiting beliefs. i also support plant medicine integration.
in this 1-hr session, we'll bring curiosity and presence to the transmissions from your dream world. we'll greet and learn from prominent symbols, people, sensations, and objects in your dreams. parts work experience is required before scheduling.
